Mas de Bondia, a village belonging to the municipality of Montornes de Segarra, is located in the Valley of Cercavins. In the midst of a rolling landscape bordering the Urgell and Segarra counties, the village is surrounded by vineyards, almond-tree groves and lush woodlands. El Mas de Bondia is the protecting guard overlooking the valley from the top of a hill. It boasts a row of century-old houses on each side of a single main street and a single entry gate. It is one of the best examples of an enclosed walled medieval city in the Segarra county.
